It’s honestly hard to put into words what Jodi has meant to me, both personally and professionally.
Yes, she is an absolutely brilliant business coach. She has this incredible ability to listen to all the thoughts swirling around in my head, ask the right questions, and somehow help me find the clarity that was there all along. She thinks outside the box, sees possibilities I don’t always see, and challenges me to think bigger while still helping me figure out the actual steps to get there.
She has also made such a difference in the way I look at my business. I have a LOT of ideas, and Jodi has helped me take all of those ideas and really get clear on what I want to build, who I want to serve, and what I want my business to stand for. She has helped me develop a much clearer vision for Rock Your Pause, recognize and build on my strengths, and turn things that once felt like scattered ideas into an actual direction and plan. She has challenged me to think bigger about what is possible for my business while also keeping me focused on what matters most right now.
One of the things I appreciate most is that she has never tried to make me build my business someone else’s way. She has helped me build it in a way that feels like ME. She understands how important relationships and genuine connection are to me, and she has helped me see that those aren’t just things I value personally. They can actually be at the heart of how I grow my business. That has been huge for me.
But what makes Jodi so special is that she doesn’t just coach the business. She cares deeply about the person behind the business.
She is truly one of the most thoughtful people I have ever met. She remembers the things happening in my life, checks in when she knows something important is going on, celebrates the wins with me, and genuinely cares about how I’m doing. You simply can’t fake that kind of heart.
And she also knows when to push me. She doesn’t let me hide behind my excuses or stay comfortable when she knows I’m capable of more. She challenges me in a way that never feels like pressure. Instead, it feels like someone standing beside me saying, “I know you can do this, and I’m not going to let you play small.”
I started working with Jodi because I wanted a business coach. What I didn’t expect was to gain someone who has become such an important part of my life and someone I consider a true friend.
She has helped me grow my business, but more importantly, she has helped me grow in confidence, trust myself more, think bigger, and keep moving toward the vision I have for my life and my business.
Jodi leads with brilliance, intuition, honesty, and an enormous heart. I am incredibly grateful for her, and I truly cannot imagine this chapter of my business or my life without her in it.
